First step is 1h of chat with recruiter. Nothing special, typical questions, lot of smiles and detailed info by the company.
Second step is the technical interview, not so difficult but with some tricky exercises.
Third step is the worst: a short interview with the Hiring manager, who decide to hire/reject you based of some misterious parameters. Basically they judge a book by the cover, doesn't matter how much motivated and articulated you are. Deeply disappointing experience.
