Worst interview ever I had in my entire life. First they will make you watch an introduction video of their CEO which is 15-20 mins long and then they will personally explain about the company. This entire introduction process almost takes around half an hour. Then, they will give a coding challenge where you have to develop an app within an impossible time frame. They will ask you to implement multiple features within 2 hours of time which in practical life takes around 4-6 hours time with proper planning and design. For the challenge, the candidate has to gather the data. They won't provide any sample data set also. Next to that, there will be a face to face to interview. The interviewer clearly didn't have much knowledge about Android. Questions were very basic but some of them were related only to their work domain. If you are not able to answer them, then you're definitely not going to get selected. Anyways, at one point I had a conceptual difference with the interviewer and she got pissed off very easily. She started showing off her skills by asking random stuff which doesn't even made sense. Finally, after that I was rejected. Upon asking why I was rejected, the answer was very stupid. I quote - "You''ve very bookish type of knowledge. You've taken too much time to complete the assignment. We've versatile(Adhoc) requirements floating in all the time, so we expect you to deliver them as quickly as possible having quality intact." After this statement, I got to understand the work culture they follow. I was upset and angry but at the same time happy that I didn't get selected for such a messy environment. I wasted my entire day over there having a senseless interview where they have no clue what they're looking for. (Actually they're looking for someone who knows lesser than them)
