We appreciate the feedback on how our interview process is perceived, and always value an opportunity to learn how to improve. During the technical portion of the interview process, our primary goal is to assess an individual’s passion for the base skills, while gauging their interest in and propensity to actively engage in life-long learning.
The panel interviews are intended to determine how well the two parties (the candidate and ER Dev team) can work together, compliment one another, and encourage each other for sustained long term growth. This is achieved through learning about the candidate's past experiences and what strengths, skills, and passions they would bring to the team.
