Interview was obtained through Aerotek Recruiter. It took about 2 weeks to schedule an interview. I had one phone call interview with the head of HR and a following video conference interview with 3 supervisors on the call. My interviews were scheduled on the same day with 30 minutes in between. The phone interview lasted about 10-15 minutes, while the video call lasted for about 20 minutes.

quick and easy. they only asked a few questions but just talk about their mission statement and you should be okay.One of the interviewers was a bit dry but the other was more relatable.

Straight forward. Took about 3 weeks. Interviewed through an agency and it was not as difficult. 2 round interviews with agency and then emergent itself. Straight forward questions about background, experience, working conditions. Just seem interested and you will get the job
