Much like the other interview reviews below. Applied for the position, got an email invite asking me to take an aptitude test. Completed the 40 min aptitude test. Got another email from the senior technical recruiter asking me to take the web testing challenge. Worked hard on that assessment and I know I did well in both challenges. Got a response from the technical recruiter saying 'I am doing a great job and that my web testing challenge has been sent to the grader'. No response for weeks. Meanwhile I sent an email saying 'I am still very much interested in the position' and asked the recruiter if they have an update for me. No response. Today got an email saying they liked my application and I have done well so far but position has been filled. I don't understand. If they liked my application and if I did well in the challenges why didn't I get even a phone interview ? ( Just an observation from one of their recent team photos, they don't seem to be very diverse. I am a PoC btw).

Very straightforward interview process, which was incredibly nice to work through because it was so well-documented. Two online assessments through Test Gorilla, a take-home assignment regarding QA skills needed for web-based application work, an introductory interview with a recruiter, an interview with a QA manager with 30-40 technical based questions in a rapid fire format, then a final interview with a director and a higher level QA. I received my offer a few hours after my final interview by phone call. The team was very transparent through the whole process and communication was great. You could tell that the process was rigorous and thought out, in order to select the best candidates for the job.
