The interview process here is amazing! When I read the process description in the job posting, I was immediately interested. Here is why.
The process starts off with some cognitive tests, followed by technical tests that assess your level of skill in various areas. Then there is a video interview with the company's technical recruiter. Following that, you receive a "take-home challenge", which is a software design task intended to see how you operate in the real world. Past that stage, there is a final interview with the hiring manager and any other stakeholders.
Think about it; if an organization has this type of process, it delivers at least two huge benefits. 1 - you get to showcase your skills in a way that you hardly ever get to, so you can differentiate yourself from the other applicants, and 2 - anyone who makes it through this process is going to be a well-qualified candidate that fits into the organization. Win/win!

We talked about many things. Most notably, the final interview asked about a difficult situation (a scenario they presented) and how I would have handled that in a past project.
