Rigorous? Yes. Thorough? Yes. Worth it? Absolutely yes! The vetting and interview process takes time, but they want people with top skills and a good fit for the company. I was challenged in a variety of ways, but it wasn't to see me squirm. It was to ensure I could demonstrate the skills they need. Everyone I met was so nice. I could tell they love working at Emergent, and it made me want to work there too.
