- I was requested to complete an online assessment the day after I submitted my resume. This assessment had a few IQ tests, and then a knowledge-based test around the role.
- I scheduled an interview with the recruiter for the position; ~30 minutes
- I was moved to and scheduled a final interview with the team lead and an executive; ~1 hr
I enjoyed this process and see the value behind gathering information on the persons intelligence and knowledge.

Submitted application and got online assessment shortly after that records you as well. Passed the online assessment but was not invited to interview. I felt that the assessment was a waste of time overall.
