A total of 20 students from 4 colleges were present at the beginning of one day interview process who had to first give a 1hr-45 questions Aptitude test (General+Technical+MS office). All the candidates cleared the test to give a 10-15 min technical interview (1:1) from which only 4 got shortlisted. Then all the 4 candidates got selected after they gave an HR interview.
