There were three interviews. The first one was on the phone with outside sales group (3 people), second was on the phone as well with customer care managers (2 people) and the last one was in person with the customer care group (7 people).

The interview process was pretty easy. Went in and followed an employee in the position. This was helpful because it allowed an opportunity to view the everyday job. This was followed up with 3 interviews from different key members of the group.

Quite extensive, but overall relatively reasonable. There were 4 different elements to the interview; prioritization exercise, mock inside sales role playing, technical interview, and behavioral interview. All the questions were reasonable, but still challenging and research ahead of time on the technical aspects of the products must be done.
