2-day process, typical Emerson process I believe. I had to travel 6 hours to get to the facility, so the first night I was put into a nice hotel & taken out to dinner by sales engineers. Very nice steak joint. Second day was taken out to breakfast, toured testing & manufacturing facilities, then had 4 interviews with directors/managers of separate industries of Fisher control valves (Emerson). Then had lunch with a sales engineer, came back had interview with HR for benefits overview, then final wrap-up interview with engineering hiring manager.

The process started with an initial interview from the HR from another country, asking typical questions about my experience . After that, a second interview followed with local managers which was more technical and wanting to get to know me better and also many questions with hypothetical scenarios to see my understanding of the position.
