The interview was through employee referral. After that if you get shortlisted by HR department, you are called for second interview. If you qualify that you get an offer letter. This is what was told to me. My interview went well. However, When I inquired they told me we selected one internal person for the position who was working with Emerson. My question is If you wanted to hire someone internally why did you waste others' time? I said it's okay but this was not over. They called me again for another profile of Finance Analyst. When I received a call from HR I clearly told her that I don't have experience for the same so I don't think you should waste the time. Now this time their hiring manager asks me to appear for the same and in the interview on my face tells me that since you don't have an experience you will not be fit for the position. I was not happy with this but well this is how it works with such corporates.
