There was a over the phone interview. They email you a few days in advance and make sure that you are available for the intended time. The interview itself is very clear and does not make you feel uncomfortable. They let you know at the end whether or not you made it on to the next round

3 Interviews, all containing technical problems and questions. First: HR department + Technical Test; Second: Skills and languages interview Third: interview with my Manager, HR and technical questions. The recruiting process was a bit slower in my opinion and took a bitn too long: approx. 3 months. One month is maximum for a person who is looking actively for a job.
