Phone interviews looking for simple information. I had to continually contact the recruiter to keep any traction in the process. The two people I interviewed with seemed disorganized. I couldn't unsubscribe from their stupid job alert system.

Nothing out of the ordinary in terms of interviews. Work experience, relatable experience, "give an example of X"
