However, they were looking for the best possible candidate, hence, it was something to expect. Most of the interview was performed by a group of employees instead of just the manager.

It involved a mix of technical and behavioral questions. You were expected to discuss your experience handling RFQs, preparing proposals, and providing technical support. They probed my problem-solving skills and your ability to manage workload priorities. They also assessed your communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to ensure the smooth handling of Emerson's client needs.
