it is a very standard procedure. i submitted my CV via internet and was invited to have a interview at their plant. There were three interviees and all behaved quite well and professional.

It is quite impressive interview in my all interviews. They asked me the basic calculus equation to get the circle circumstance. I know the path and but fogot the details. I failed.

3 rounds of interview as follow: HR, HR director and half-day site visit with facility tour. On site interview consisted of GM, director or engineering and multiple managers. The process was quick and easy with positive experience.
