Muy largo y tedioso, el corporativo esta en Costa Rica por lo que RH trabaja desde ahi y te contacta. Despues proceden a realizarte entrevistas presenciales con la jefa de area y posterior más entrevistas con el director del area para terminar en un "nosotros te avisamos sin falta"

had an interview with 3 supervisors from different dept., they asked different type of questions- e.g. one focused on my education background, another asked me about relationship wtih colleagues, the other talked about my project details. It took about one and half hours, they seems to address their strengh to me, and made me confident that I will be hired.
