Consultancy had scheduled my interview at 2 pm. I reached the office on time, but HR SPOC was having lunch. I had to wait for 1 hour and my interview started around 3 pm. Entire interview process took around 45 min. There were 2 guys who took my MSBI interview of which 1 left in the middle. Those 2 guys obviously lacked courtesy and had lots of attitude and ego. Their next question will start from where I stop. And they will do so till I fail to answer their question and that would make them happy. They presented few scenarios in DB design/performance tuning which were far from reality and it seemed that it was their project requirement for which they did not have any answer so far. Also I met a guy who had come there for some final formalities, must have left recently, and I heard him chatting with his friend that this company did not have any stability and hence there was no job security. Also there is no vodafone network in the entire building. My mobile network went off as soon as I entered the building and there itself I had decided not to join this company.
