The atmosphere was great for an interview setting. We took a tour of the building talking along the way and being introduced too anyone that we had seen. Everyone seems to be very friendly and willing to help one another out. The actual interview process started with a phone interview that to which the HR person I had spoken with was very friendly and involved in knowing who I was as an individual and what i would bring to the table opposed to what other phone interviews i had with other companies who were reading from a script. The in person interview was a panel consisting of 2 upper management leaders. I would have preferred they rehearse what interview questions they had rather than reading from an interview packet and each asking the same questions. All in all it was a very good interview and i would recommend the company to other people for possible employment.
