Initial call with a recruiter then a hiring manager. They make you do free work, such as a writing sample and a presentation/slide deck. Most of these calls are short, but the presentation/slide deck took a big chunk out of my day with 2-2.5 hours.
Then they ghost you

It was a long process, that took place over several rounds, and started with a behavioral screening interview. It was very thorough, and included putting together a response to a scenario as well.
