Applied via Indeed and was contacted by his current EA that I'm expected to review. I was told I will be interviewed by him but spoke first with his assistant I'm expected to replace. After 10-15 minutes I was told I had all the experience to do the work and we're actually just waiting on her boss to finish his work. I waited about 30 minutes more just chatting with his assistant. So I actually only began my interview 40-45 minutes after arriving.
