The interview was kept relatively short but the person meant to interview me ran late and didn't bother to mention when she finally showed up for the virtual interview. I got the vibe that she was trying to get the interview over with.

Colloquio
The initial interview was setup with HR in which she asked some really in depth questions to check for the quality of my experience which I can respect. Afterwards she allowed me to ask questions and seemed very genuine about the company culture when asked and honest about challenges.
The process was a bit lengthy in terms of taking an assessment based on the role and then a final interview.
