I applied to another organization that shared my resume with Emily's List when this job was posted. Interview process was straight forward, and I received an offer, but I turn it down because the salary was absurdly low. They also had a strict no negotiation policy. Very disapointing.

I applied via email, and was interviewed in the EMILY's List office with the person currently holding the position. The interview was not particularly difficult, questions were pretty typical and straightforward. I was told that there could be a second interview. I reached out multiple times to follow up after the interview and all of my emails were ignored.
