Test and 2 interviews. Test is super long and super outdated, has nothing to do with job description at all. Interviews are fine: people are very competent. Timing is whatever they appoint. Then 1 hour prior to it they can easily change it

Step 2 and 3 are being performed on Your own. The manage to ask coding auctions in test :), which is quite odd. But the same happens on step 4
