The first HR interview focused on my background, skills, and motivations for applying to Emlid. The HR representative was very nice and helpful. After passing this interview, I completed a task to assess my skills and received positive feedback within a week. I then had an interview with the team leader, who asked about my background, resume, and goals. After passing that, I was invited to a final interview with the CEO, team leader, and HR, which covered behavioral and technical questions. Overall it was challenging, but I received a positive response within a week. The confusing part was having to repeat my background in every call, but overall, the process was smooth, HR was very supportive and nice!
