I recieved a call from HR and she took 10 mins for initial screening then scheduled a Video call with MD Makrand Appalwar. Post that I was invited for a face to face interview with Makrand sir and Rinku Mam and was selected. Very positive approach of management in hiring process. Overall process was professional and fast.

The interview process consisted of three rounds: HR Telephonic Round: The first round was a phone interview with HR, where I was asked about my professional background, work experience, and skills relevant to the role. The questions were aimed at understanding how my experience aligned with the requirements of the Assistant Manager - Marketing and Communication position. Virtual Technical Round with CFO: The second round was a virtual interview with the CFO. I was asked to share my work portfolio and present some of my past work that demonstrated my skills in marketing and communication. This round was more focused on assessing my technical abilities and understanding of the field. Final Round with CMD: The final round was an interview with the CMD. It involved a brief introduction about myself, followed by another presentation of my work. This round seemed to be focused on evaluating my fit within the company culture and my ability to contribute to the company's strategic goals.
