It was open ended, interviewer was friendly and attentive. Questions were asked politely and most importantly they didnt judge with preconceived notions on my education pathway. They were open minded in hearing my story on why I made those decisions.
Began with two Software Engineer Level One interviewers who assessed my technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. After that, I was interviewed by the Tech Lead, who focused more on in-depth technical discussions
