The process was pretty smooth it was a panel interview of 3, the process took pretty long though. My actual start date was about 1 month after interview. Once hired there is another month of training and then you are free to work. Depending on the department things can sometimes be hectic.
Easy and straight to the point. Once you get an interview you pretty much have the job because it is an entry level position. After the interview you should get and offer same day or next day. this was about 7 years ago, but I am sure it Is the same.
The entire process was simple. I was nervous at first but the panel made me comfortable. It was two interviews which isn't bad. One over the phone and then one on zoom.

What are your weaknesses and strengths in this field?
The interview was quick and easy. They asked questions related to customer service. I did enjoy that I was given a lot of information regarding the job. Please ask many questions related to training and the job.
