The process is quite long. Phone screening, meet and greet, final interview with executive members. All at different locations. The interviewers are nice and not too intimidating. They tell you what to be prepared to speak about.

They did a group interview initially, where the role and pay were described. We got to introduce ourselves and what we were looking for in the company. Subsequently there was a virtual interview with departments that were looking to fill the position and then they will let you know if you were matched within 2 weeks. If not matched, you repeat the interview process.
