Great, very friendly manager. However, they asked a lot of standard questions. They do not make you confuse unnecessarily. A group of talented people. I wish I would get a job there.
The interview process spanned over two months and was challenging, with a focus on behavioral questions in a structured format. Interviews were held with both the leadership team and staff. There were numerous technical issues during the process, yet I was mistakenly blamed for being late, even though I had been waiting for Zoom to connect me to the room.

Example of a time you took ownership of a task that wasn’t specifically assigned to you. Example of a goal or initiative that you were involved with in your organization and how do you contribute to the goal and how well do I achieve it. Explain an encounter where a coworker and you didn’t agree on something and how did you handle it. Describe a time you worked in a team

Midtown, one interview with manager- very informal and nice. But if background, a personality type and a clinical question. Next a clinical test to screen for clinical skills. Next a full interview with management and then staff. Several situational questions to ask about clinical experiences. Everyone was very nice and positive. After a break, the interview was cut short after the management portions due to their judgement that I did not have enough clinical experience. Not sure what the purpose of the test (I got all answers correct) and first interview were. Unprofessional. Best to be a PGY2 I suppose and do not put weight on the first screening interview and test.
