Contacted by an internal recruiter several days after posting a resume on rigzone.com Spoke with the recruiter briefly and was made an offer. Empirica does not appear to be very selective in their hiring process. Not unusual for the industry, but goes against the company's goal of being the number one service provider.

it was good got hired over the cell phone. applied and a few days later got a call. took some time to get to midland but all in all the interview process was easy and i knew i was hired the first day my field supervisor called.

A phone call then an office visit. A short test and a few questions. They explain their requirements and expectations. Anyone that interviews will get hired as long as they pass a drug test. They hire anyone.
