I thought there were too many interview steps:
1. call with the recruiter
2. interview with the team
3. interview with the manager
4. test assignment
5. re-screening with the team
Technically the interview was a normal interview, not super complicated but not easy either. The guys on the team seemed pretty skilful to me.
The only thing that disappointed me was HR's attitude. I went through all these stages, but the team chose another candidate and that's ok. Except HR didn't even write me an email about it. I find that unprofessional

Their Technical Talent Lead has contacted me to interview. However, after that she stopped responding, even though I followed up for 3 times. So, even if a senior-level Recruiter of the company behaves like that, the company should be toxic. I came across with such a behaviour only 1-2 times in a year
