Efficient and fast. They are growing (and have a high turn over) and constantly hiring new staff. Met with head of advisory then GM. Also worked through a case study at each interview. Takes more than an hour all up.
1. Shadowing adviser to see how long is done
2. Interview with 2 x managers with behavioural questions eg customer service, dealing with difficult people
3. Technical assessment using practical advice scenario

Impersonal and cold. I felt that there is a fast burn rate and that I was just advisor number x that would be gone in a year. This could have affected my own attitude during the interview.
