2 Interviews one with the technical department only and one with the management HR and technical department.
Both interviews were more like conversations and seeing if my and the companies interests align. The conversations were very human and friendly.

Die Einladung zum Vorstellungsgespräch erhielt ich nach ca. 2 Wochen. Das Gespräch war mit 2 Herren verschiedener Abteilungen. Haben sehr viel auf dem Lebenslauf herumgehackt. Die Fragen fand ich zum Teil unprofessionell.

Das Gespräch mit zwei Abteilungsleitern war sehr angenehm. Die Herren waren sehr gut vorbereitet und stellten Fragen sowohl zu meinem Lebenslauf als auch zu meinen Erfahrungen im Bereich der SW-Entwicklung.
