The interview process at Empower consisted of an online assessment followed by two technical rounds and an HR round. The technical interviews focused on DSA problems, core subjects like DBMS and OS, and a detailed discussion of my projects. Overall, the process was well-structured, moderately challenging, and the interviewers were professional and supportive.

The overall process was good. Studying of resume beforehand and the skills used are very important. Learn that thoroughly. Dont bluff in the resume. Be strong in explaining the concepts and algorithms.

the interviewer was kind of rude and asked me easy questions like linked list and string based questions.. and the hr round was tricky but doable they prefer female candidates more and mostly theyll ask questions based on your resume itself so yeah good luck guys
