In the interview process there are three steps. All of them are done over the phone except the last one you do have the option to facetime but they don't require it. They were okay with audio. All of the interviews are done with HR people. You don't meet with anybody who works in the department.

Initial interview is a phone call then I Interviewed with two managers. They were very laid back and talked to me like a normal person would. The interview itself was average, had general interview questions. Got the job within a month process.

Nothing crazy. My application was done online, Recruiter reached out to me for phone interview. I was brought in for a formal interview. Process took maybe two weeks.
