First interview went well, lovely member of the team. Second interview with CEO made me withdraw my application. The CEO demonstrated poor leadership by repeatedly asking the same questions in different wording, failing to listen actively, and assuming others were wrong—only to restate their points as if they were correct. Their lack of preparation and failure to ask insightful questions resulted in a poorly run interview, showing a lack of engagement and professionalism.

4 stages - One involving a task that I don’t think was ever properly looked at by the hiring staff. Feedback for rejection was not clear at all. It just said that the decision was difficult
