The interview process consisted of three rounds and spanned approximately two months, providing a thorough opportunity for both myself and the company to assess fit for the role. Phone interview, followed by a virtual interview with members of the finance/accounting team. Questions on experience with the role, work capabilities, why you are fit for the position, etc. The interview is done with multiple employees of the firm to see how you best fit with the team.
