I applied off an ad online. Received a phone call less than a week later from DOR with basic info about the position and asking if I was still interested. Set up a phone interview. The phone interview was about 45 minutes and was the DOR and lead PT/OT. Had a job offer later that same day.

Initial discussion with recruiter over the phone to discuss the position, salary, and set up the interview. From there met with therapy team leads for the interview. The interview was short, about 30 minutes total. HR followed up within 3 days to offer me a position.

It was simple and efficient and staff was very friendly. Screening and scheduling process was very straightforward and proceeded without any complications. New Grad friendly. I would recommend them time and time again
