It is easy to get a job here. They will hire anyone, even with impaired or monitored license. Fill out online app or come in and ask for nurse manager, they will interview you on the spot. You will then meet with HR for offer, sign papers. Orientation is not the greatest, a few days of general orientation then you will be assigned a preceptor. Usually you will work with several preceptors

They will ask about your experience and tell you a bit about rehab but don't ask any hard questions. After you are hired they will give you a medication test before you can pass meds.

Very friendly supervisor and casual interview. HR contacted me initially to do a prescreening and then I was able to go in for an interview person interview. The management is all very supportive and was introducing themselves to me
No clinical questions, case studies, or prioritization type questions asked, but be prepared to answer several behavioral questions related to patient care and how you handle conflict or difficult situations.

Phone interview on a Thursday. Interview scheduled on a Monday morning. Met with the nursing supervisor and nursing manager. Basic interview questions asked. The recruiter told me to wear scrubs cuz I may have to shadow but that wasn’t offered. Wasn’t given a tour either. I left unsure about how the interview went. I emailed the recruiter a few hours later and thanked her for coordinating the interview and to keep my updated on the status and she emailed me a few minutes later and told me an offer is being made and she’d call me. Overall, great experience and I appreciated the same day offer.
