Interviewed by team leads (OT,PT) and director. Asked about 10 questions then opened up for any questions I had. Pretty laid back both leads dressed in scrubs and director in slacks and a t-shirt. Nice people and easy to talk with.

Initial discussion with recruiter over the phone to discuss the position, salary, and set up the interview. From there met with therapy team leads for the interview. The interview was short, about 30 minutes total. HR followed up within 3 days to offer me a position.

It was simple and efficient and staff was very friendly. Screening and scheduling process was very straightforward and proceeded without any complications. New Grad friendly. I would recommend them time and time again
