Interview is easy, they'll hire anyone with a basic knowledge of audio/visual for better or worse, starts with a phone interview/pre-screening then if that goes well they'll schedule an in person interview a few days later.

The interview process is simple, they ask you general questions and mostly ask you about availability and traveling which can be a lot. I would generally try to make sure you are open minded.
