Thank you for wasting hours of my life that I will never get back. I got an email to interview over the phone and the recruiter never called even though I was anxiously waiting for an hour before and after the time that we chose. Then I email and she gives the good old "personal emergency" excuse. Fine, we decide to do the interview the next day and again, no call. I didn't even bother emailing this time. How hard is it to send an email before the interview that you can't make it or at least apologize for missing it afterwards. Got none of that. Another day of preparation just to not even end up getting a chance to show myself. Thank you very much for that. At least I saved myself from this sort of garbage treatment. People have feelings, we're not just numbers. This kind of stuff is extremely detrimental to ones confidence and overall mental health.
