Contacted by recruiter and had first initial interview. Reached out twice for an update on next steps and got a response 2 weeks later for the next interview. Had the second interview with the Head of TA. Again, had to reach out for an update twice - got an e-mail 2 weeks later to set up the next steps. Had a third interview with 2 members of the HR team. Reached out twice after a week, and got ghosted - radio silence - not a thanks for your time - nothing. Stop wasting your candidates time.
