I recently interviewed for Encore Live and it was an insightful experience. The process began with a phone interview, in person interview, the company flying me to California to work on sight at an event, and a site selection exercise. The whole process was extremely educational especially, working on site. I enjoyed getting the opportunity to see what working at Encore is like, first hand. It helped knowing what they would expect out of me if I received the job and if it was, personally, a fit for me. The way all of the employees work together is amazing and unlike anything I've ever seen in a corporate atmosphere. Everyone speaks their opinion in a respectful, mature manner with a common goal to improve the company and individual events which, says a lot about Encore Live. All of the employees truly care about the company and it's growth and, about each other. The culture is definitely the best part of this company.
