The process was the same as any company. Firstly, a phone call (not a recruiter) to chat about yourself and some questions about your resume. After that, they sent a technical test. The test was a problem, and you used the Strategy Design pattern to solve and to create the unit tests—finally, a meeting for greetings with the manager and the director.

I applied online and was called by one of the managers. Fairly easily if you are familiar with the payments industry. Phone interview followed by in person interview with two of the managers.
