I applied online through a job board and I was contacted by the staff within a few days. The process started with a phone screening. After the screening, I was invited to meet with the hiring manager and two other staffers including Human Resources. However, I was asked to complete a short personality assessment. Upon completing this process I was asked back for the next stage of interviewing where I met with potential colleagues I would be working with. It was very relaxed and inclusive. I was very fortunate to be asked to meet with the CEO and complete a writing sample that was scenario based.
