Phone call initially, very friendly and not too long. Confirms interview. First interview then Colourworks profile questionnaire was sent to determine your personality type. The report is sent to you in preparation for the second interview. First and second interview all done virtually due to COVID and home based role, interviews with 2/3 people. Good communication about when you would hear back and offer made quite quickly.
