Personal, not technical. Friendly management. Great experience, came into the office in the morning and was interviewed by the floor manager and the department manager. Both very nice and friendly conversation. Phone screening prior to the in person interview. The whole process took approximately 3 weeks. Knowledgable staff and easy to speak to.

Friendly environment. I was lead by the manager to a conference room for the interview with another person waiting for us. Each of them has their own set of questions to ask. I was nervous at first but they told me to be comfortable and they just wanted it to be more like getting-to-know-you-more type of interview. The whole interview process took about an hour.
