Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Energy Robotics nel mese di apr 2026
Colloquio
The process took around two months and included an HR interview, a hiring manager interview, a technical interview, and a CEO interview.
The hiring manager and technical interviews were reasonable, and both interviewers were professional and easy to communicate with.
The CEO interview, however, was quite different. The questions felt more subjective and seemed to reward how well a candidate can position themselves rather than strictly evaluating skills. With the right framing, presenting yourself as highly driven, persistent, and focused on the bigger picture, it seems possible to navigate this stage successfully. In that sense, if you present a highly consistent and well-constructed narrative, even if it is somewhat idealized, you are more likely to get the offer.

- 1st interview with head of HR (people and culture) - general discussion about past experience and why I'm leaving my current company

- 4th: HR Asking for providing university degree + transcripts (which I graduated some years ago)
